Mendy MOTM for me. Chelsea just offered nothing going forward at all. Very underwhelming. Disappointed in the end we didn’t win that.

Chelsea should have had a pen for Maguire on Azpi and would have opened the game up.

The time I tuned in (briefly) was when Cavani came on and he nearly score on his first touch. Have to say from a neutral perspective, he’d be exciting to watch and he has class about him and ability.

United away is a good point and if you check the stats the game was very even why united looked a bit better in attack was because they were prepared to take shots at goal which Wendy did very well to save 2 of them. If Lampard had started Kovacic instead of the passenger Jorginho it would have added an extra cutting edge going forward.

The Echo did a piece on using a 4231 as SU use 5 at the back and with 4 stickers they can play in the channels in between. Should be interesting.

Last season Chelsea went to OT and got done 4 nil on the counter attack because we went too open and we got done on the transition by United’s pace which is there strength.

Totally the right tactics from Frank imo we lost a bit by not playing Harvertz in midfield and by playing Wener on the left but that was the compromises for that system.

Silva was outstanding today again imo, Reece James not far behind, had Kepa played today we would have lost.

It looks like we’ve signed a Keeper! 😊😊😊

I still really don’t understand how it wasn’t a penalty in the first half against Azpilucueta. Or why it didn’t even get reviewed. But hey ho.
