I guess the smart money would be on a repackaged ppv at circa £9:99?

I can’t see it dropping as low as Mike Ashley’s £4:95 recommendation as welcome as that might be for some. But we’ll see.

£4.99 is the right price point if at all … they would end up making more ….£20 on 4 games people would likely do, £15 on 1? Not many …. they would make far more by being less greedy …. 🤣

Mak, the ‘take-up’ was well below what they were expecting as they anticipated people sharing the cost and watching at one household. However, the latest re-tightening of lockdown protocol has put paid to that.
There shouldn’t be any additional cost at this time…………..end of.

gj, yeah the viewing figures are poor and the negative PR worse I would be suprised if they don’t reduce the price a bit to counter the negative PR and draw in a bigger audience but we’ll see what happens after the international break.
