Chuck it’s ok to do that when you playing against lower league teams such as you do in an FA cup tie or league cup game but not when you playing a top 4 team and which could have drastic repercussions on other teams.

Pagan, that was just my guess mate all that UEFA have confirmed is that FFP is now shelved and they are looking at a system that looks at transfer fees and wages.

9 it may be legal but it’s not right within a sporting context. Yes rest some players here and there but not a whole damn team. It’s the same as the main problem everyoneΒ had with the ESL.

Blaze, it ain’t just Cup games against “inferior” competition, how many times we see a “Big-Dog” rest players for the upcoming CL game, or a semi or even a final of the Cup… everybody does it, part of the game now… we all have to live with it!
Anyway, missed the first half, had to run some errands but just caught the highlights, that first goal put the sexy into Foxy Ladies for sure, proper top draw that one!

Perhaps the PL shouldn’t have set the fixtures up the way they did Blaze. I don’t like it but I completely understand why Ole has done what he has done a full team v Liverpool was always going to be his first objective for all sorts of reasons.

Putting this into context, it’s very easy to get fixated towards the Liverpool fixture. I can understand why rival teams don’t want us to qualify for the top 4 which is fine.
United have a whole sequence of games to think about so Ole has to try and cut his cloth accordingly to be able to get through the games avoiding injuries and be able to allow players to properly rest and recover.
I don’t question their integrity, and ultimately, it’s a measure of 38 games and we have to shoulder some responsibility for our shortcomings.

Good win for the Foxes and an important one too. A Cup final to look forward to this Saturday, so it’s nice to be able to win Tonight irrespective of the Team Sheet. This win breeds momentum, so they can go in with belief and confidence.

No idea how anyone can question Ole’s integrity in playing that side when given a run of Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday. It’s not Utd’s fault West Ham, Liverpool and co have not done enough themselves up until now to get top 4.

I still think Liverpool will sneak in anyway. Leicester will lose their next game I reckon (at Chelsea) to put them on played 37 points 66. Liverpool will be on the same after 37 if they win their next 3. Liverpool have it all to play for on Thursday. Utd have nothing to play for but pride.
