If you saw Chris Woods first half hat trick against Wolves, a perfect striker one with the head one created by himself and another running into position to tap in. Not many around.

25th April 2021 at 3:56 pm #1781622 wins now that’s needed for the Blue of Manchester.
Lots and lots of grass covered today. Those boots no good it seems to me. Was the surface sprinkled enough?
Leeds Keeper possibly MOTM for really being switched on today. A draw a fair Result.

25th April 2021 at 3:58 pm #178163Not the 11 I would have gone with… guessing Wee Ryan is thinking along the lines of stay in contention until the last 20 mins or so and chuck on Bale etc…

25th April 2021 at 4:28 pm #178167Strong line ups. Hope it’s the football that does the talking. Good Luck both sets of teams 🙂

25th April 2021 at 4:45 pm #178168BB… would have started with Bale for starters… his pace in that space… no brainer…
Looks like a 4-3-3 from us, with the middle three not be the most “creative”…
Anyway, 15 minutes and it’s all been one way so far…

25th April 2021 at 4:47 pm #178169The best way to beat City is to have a go. I know Chelsea beat them by being more organised and defensive but I still think a significant part of that was down to City being poor on the day. They look very good so far today.

25th April 2021 at 4:52 pm #178171Heart warming to see Supporters back in the Stadium. Nice atmosphere.
City are trying to play in pockets literally 6 yards away from Spurs’ goalline.
Sterling is Spaghetti legs. Spurs need to be careful not to give away a foul in dangerous positions.

25th April 2021 at 5:11 pm #178174Does Sterling just fall over automatically? No one near him, ball out of play, and he’s still on his Arsenal! 🙂

25th April 2021 at 5:15 pm #178176La Porte lucky not to have an early bath!

25th April 2021 at 5:18 pm #178177I think Spurs on the whole will be pleased not to concede.
The game after lots of early pressure from City has settled and a little bit mellowed.
Spurs do have it in them to break on the counter as Lucas Mora has shown. When it comes to the flanks though, there’s very little so far in quality.
Not also seen much of Son.

25th April 2021 at 5:26 pm #178178Not sure how we’re still level, and reckon we can’t be any less useless in the 2nd half so I’m expecting some sort of improvement.

25th April 2021 at 5:27 pm #178179The ref bottled a big decision, how was that not a yellow, now I know why it’s his first final,City should be down to 10

25th April 2021 at 6:10 pm #178181Disgraceful. He shouldn’t even be on the Pitch. I know the Referee’s haven’t got it easy, but he should have been bold enough to book La Porte.

25th April 2021 at 6:11 pm #178182And the fooker scores the winner… let’s face, Sterling was “winning” enough free-kicks, one of them was bound to count eventually…

25th April 2021 at 6:14 pm #178183Deserved goal for City though Spurs have done well too. Pep is making the same mistake as Tuchel by not playing a striker.

25th April 2021 at 6:23 pm #178184Would have been nice to see somebody different win this trophy. Can’t begrudge City and their commitment to their attitude and application over this competition.
Perhaps the others could learn a thing or two from them.
I still think the Ref could have done a whole lot better.

25th April 2021 at 6:23 pm #178185A bitter pill to swallow , City by far the better team, but the goalscorer should not have been on the pitch.
First and last final for the ref._____________________________
