City were careless and wasteful. I understand Pep wanted to rest players but why so many? Leeds were brave and took the few chances they had, we did not create enough or take the chances we had. Bounce back time, game over, just annoying we threw away the points

Nil, because of their massive goal difference City need 10 points from 8 games and that assumes United win every game which I suspect they won’t. Not going to happen mate the only thing in question is the date City confirm the title as won.

Not a great side Pep selected but they should have still walked a win, similar to City’s loss against United, they need to buck up defensively breakaway goals have become the order of the day. Liverpool also losing for now from a breakaway.

We can’t control what happens elsewhere, but we took care of our own and what an important win this could be. Finally, the nightmare of losses at Anfield banished.
Not an easy game. We still look more D Minus than a B Plus, but at least we’re pulling in the right direction.

Im in hospital at the moment awaiting a heart valve repair operation so I havent posted recently.
Watched the game today. How did we lose 30 attempts v 2. Thats the game! We just need to be careful a bit. Mendy is so useless I cant believe and Sterling has lost form.

Yeah Sean. I think West Ham and Liverpool will have to hope Leicester slip up as Chelsea look like they’re going to be too strong to not get top 4.

Sean, yeah you’re right mate. It look a D Minus performance and we effectively scraped it. We have a lot of improving to do, that’s why I’m not getting too carried away.
There are lots of teams that can nail 4th place. We need to keep winning as much as we can.
If Leicester start dropping off, then maybe that may open a door for another place.
Chelsea look very good at the mo.
