Mav, never come across that in my life mate. I don’t know where we stand on that. Ref’s Whistle overruled – need to see the highlights mate; heard it all on the Radio during work 🙂

26th September 2020 at 7:52 pm #166922No chance of progression and little stability at chelsea until transfer window shuts. Always takes time to integrate new players but the bigger problem is experienced senior players not knowing if they will be here come end of window. Alonso awful today and I’m sure he wants to join inter and reunite with conte. Rudiger left out over transfer uncertainty, jorginho and Emerson other regulars from last year who are not focused. Where was zouma today maybe we had a bid for him.
Chelsea are loan Central right now every club trying to get one of our players on loan with option to buy.

26th September 2020 at 8:04 pm #166927Another great game. Didn’t really expect wba to get anything from the game given Chelsea’s fire power.
Great comeback though
And very enjoyable game_____________________________

26th September 2020 at 8:08 pm #166931Lucky, there are going to be resumes like today as Chelsea are in a huge transition period mate. So many new faces etc.
The new players need to get settled positions. To much cooking and changing even after 3 games
Frank needs plenty of time even if things go wrong this season. So many players to integrate into the team

26th September 2020 at 8:08 pm #166932Something else I would make a point of from today’s experience is the sudden weather change. I am indoors in a jumper and we have our radiators on already.
What I’m saying is for some fixtures out there today, those players would have felt the sudden climate change.
There’s different elements to consider for players transitioning and when a team is trying to build and bring in lots of bodies in one go, the challenge is to try and get them to gel and establish stability.

26th September 2020 at 8:17 pm #166937Sean absolutely mate, and worth pointing out that all 3 chelsea goals were form academy players that were here last season.like I said a few of the senior ones have their heads turned and the new players need Time. If alonso doesn’t start today, we ain’t 3 down half time, just 1 nil cos of silva’s cock up!

26th September 2020 at 8:18 pm #166938Nothing wrong with a draw against West Brom, it’s what our success is built on…😂

26th September 2020 at 8:58 pm #166955Waspy-Thats what Chelsea have, firepower, but not a defence, and very little if anything in front of the defence. They gonna leak goals galore this season.

26th September 2020 at 9:02 pm #166957Nil-Even crazier was the decision to allow a penalty AFTER the final whistle.

26th September 2020 at 10:00 pm #166979AnonymousI don’t see the problem with a peno after the final whistle. if something happened during normal time and the VAR checks are complete then it should be allowed, in my opinion. I didnt see it though.

26th September 2020 at 10:13 pm #166984Shines @ 8:07, not aware of that ruling mate.
I don’t know if that alludes to the CL Final and Mane.
I’ve not in truth seen any of Today’s action, so all Sketchy to me.
Have to catch up on it somehow, but not a fan really of MOTD.

26th September 2020 at 10:49 pm #166998AnonymousI’ve since heard the peno was a ridiculous ball to hand incident. absolutely hate that new ruling.

26th September 2020 at 10:54 pm #167001Well, MOTD Highlights it was. Jeez, weirdly, my liking for Ole just grown even more from that Viewing 🙂
Now I understand. That Hand should not have been raised all in all. We’re playing Football so Maupay only has himself to Blame. Whether that was all in all a rush-of-blood to see off the Final Whistle, you know more than ever in this day and age, Every milli-second will be snapped and zapped.
I did get hold of the Radio commentary and ironically, it came across as Brighton being more deserving. Ultimately though, one individual shot himself in the foot.

26th September 2020 at 11:04 pm #167005How was Christiansen playing for Chelsea today? Didn’t he get a straight red against us last Sunday? Isn’t that a 3 match ban?

26th September 2020 at 11:27 pm #167014HH, apparently red cards are no longer competition-specific since a rule change at the start of last season so he was able to serve his one match suspension in mid week in the league cup.

26th September 2020 at 11:31 pm #167017AnonymousAs a Chelsea fan, its three mistakes that have cost us five points in two games. two goalkeepers and two different central defenders. Im hoping something clicked today for Mr Lampard. Hudson odoi needs to start. Ruben Loftus cheek needs to replace kovacic… Get the youth team in Lamps… mix them with wener and havertz.

27th September 2020 at 1:33 am #167061A team put together over a matter of weeks (at least half the side) in what are not normal circumstances then expected to go in and play from the get go with no preseason (bar one game) against opposition which is of professional standard. Of course there are going to be unfortunate errors made but the fact that they were 3-0 down and able to turn it around as they did told me that we need to accept that, in time, this is going to be one hell of a good football side. Obviously a few of the players are going to struggle to make the grade and will probably continue to be ‘risky’ players and I put Alonso, Emerson, Azpi (on occasions). Christensen into that category. I am willing to forgive Thiago Silva on this one error as they all make mistakes and he, over time, once settled in, will more than pay his way. Having said all that, what you say 442 is a fact and unfortunate but not unexpected (well, by me anyway) 🙂

27th September 2020 at 6:30 am #167167AnonymousIs it possible that one club can be awarded so many penalties, for how long more must these injustices be endured! This is exactly why fans give up the game, it’s too sad and disgusting to even comment further.
