The encouraging sign for us is that we’re getting a small handful of players back from injury; Mo Salah being one of them. I think he’ll be on the team sheet but on the bench. Konate should be available. No games midweek means we should be fresh and up for this challenge. We should be good for a 2-0 or 2-1.

I think we’ll win but we have a lot going against us.

I am glad that there are challenges that involve a little safe physicality but Robertson wasn’t entirely shoulder to shoulder there. That was … That could have been given. I’d like to see us be a bit more careful than that.

Ya, Jota might be out for months I’d say.

Unrelated but I wouldn’t be shocked if we announced Alonso soon. I think he might want to get it out of the way now and not be upsetting things late on with what would amount to growing talk, when they want to be focused on the title.

I’ll make a soft prediction that it’s announced in the coming 2-3 weeks.
