I’ll try and remember that it’s totally ok to foul in order to stop a counter attack in future. The hendreds of yellow cards that I’ve seen for it in that past were all wrong.

as for no players calling for a yellow.. Ya, not a single palace player asked for a penalty either, and they were given one. what does that indicate? Not much sometimes, it seems!

Just an update but then again AT THE TIME I called him a tosser who wasn’t fit to referee a park match only for some on here say Hooper was correct…

It’s now history but just adds to my view of the standard of refereeing and VAR.
