There’s only one Champions League Match left now for those teams involved re the first phase. All good mind and a platform really now to focus over the coming weeks Domestic Football.
Thankful above all given what we have had to face and deal that we’re in the position to move forward positively.

Sometimes there will always be that odd result which you may drop points regardless of the opposition. So you can measure how one team plays against the other. I saw people mocking Chelsea for failing to beat United. And saying City and Liverpool overrun them? Football doesn’t work lile that. The day you are supposed to drop points you will do regardless of what you throw at the opposition.
Chelsea played three tough matches in 8 days, so it and we won two and drawn one. I would have taken this at the start if i was told that you face City, Spurs, Arsenal, Liverpool, Leicester and Unirted and still competing for the league. We were still missing some heavy hitters and without them we did a good job.

Results can fluctuate; we ourselves have experienced dropped points re Brentford, Brighton, then a defeat at the London Stadium.
Naturally I don’t want my rivals to do well for my own agenda, however in understanding.
There are lots of Gameweeks ahead in the coming days π π

Nil, it’s not just today mate wasting chances has dogged Chelsea for some time now Chelsea aren’t going to win another PL title until they can overcome that.
I said 3rd place at the start of the season and that’s where I think Chelsea will finish without they can put an end to wasting so many chances in games they totally dominate.

Nine, I fully appreciate that mate.
What I would say to bring in some perspective is that you’ve genuinely progressed leaps and bounds as a main threat to win the League Title and for me you’d be deemed as one of the favourites.
Personally, I am at a weakness of being sucked into a result that can render slight adversity. However results can easily change mate – could well be mate in your favour so onwards and upwards and here’s to a Positive new week

Personally, i believe Chelsea is part of a group of competitors who are competing for the league this season. And we have a decent chance like the rest to win it. It’s not that we are a team of amateurs, we have winners in our squad. So we can handle the pressure. If we don’t win, it’s because there was a team that was better than us and as a result finished above us. City is doing very well, and they have quality and experience. Liverpool has experience as well as class in Salah. We don’t have a stand out player, but we have work ethi and team work.

I still fancy Chelsea. Bit of ah over reaction after a draw. Said to my mate, utd will score soon as it was one of those games Chelsea totally dominated yet couldnβt score
Excellent point for utd and Chelsea were unlucky the game was just after ole left. Utd were dreadful in the 1st half. They came for a draw . Interesting to see what ragnick does with that team

Just about any football site you go on Werner is really getting it, not only the fans but the pundits as well. For me I can’t believe how weak this United team with all those good players really are, just had a look at the stats it’s unbelievable Chelsea only managed a draw and it feels more like a loss than a draw for Chelsea.

Keep calm guys, this was one result, one game not a title changer which can be won by any one of four. It is very tight at the top. City will loose matches , so will Liverpool, Chelsea and (/)

The new Utd manager should have some effect, after all , they are not playing well at the moment. However just like all Managers who face the trials and tribulations of the Premier league he will also have to lift his own game as well, the question is, from what? He has many admirers so I guess he should produce something but also with Poch still hovering in the background it does not look like a solid appointment. It is big ask of him to produce something this season

Sean the reaction from the Chelsea posters on here and indeed on the TT Chelsea site to yesterday’s game was broader than just a reaction to yesterday’s game and reflects the frustrations Chelsea fans have felt for quite some time watching the team squander so many chances when completely dominating a game.
It’s been going on for too long now and Chelsea won’t win another PL title until they solve that problem.

Ye I get you nine mate. I think the top 3 all have different issues but Chelsea are doing extremely well so far.
Lackau back be a big plus. Be interesting to see were everyone sits come 2nd jan after Liverpool go to the bridge
Itβs really been an enjoyable season so far with fans back. A really hectic period coning up now with loads of games and Iβm really looking forward to it

Nine…but being a fan, you have to accept the poor, mediocre and brilliant stuff as part of the game. Only one team wins the League, it is a journey for all fans and it can be frustrating, as a City fan, I know all about that. When you look at Chelsea City and Liverpool, they are good teams, well managed and in my mind, very little between them but events do happen that upset the proverbal applecart from time to time. I accept that and move on to the next game knowing if they are as good as I say they are, they will sort it.Smile and it will all pass by!!!!

Brian, observing something and making a judgement is not refusing to accept it bud, in fact if we get 80 plus points and 3rd place most chelsea fans will be happy with the improvement as no shame in finishing behind city or pool.
It’s easy for you to be all philosophical with 3 of the last 4 titles going to your team! But with respect spare us the condescension when all we have said is we need to do better to win the league. I know you probably don’t mean to be condescending but it comes over that way.
