Fantastic 1st half from both sides,great counter-attacking goal by Spudsy.Now,who said that Spurs wont score 3 goals in 3 games? Sisiskko,Hobjerg anf Lo Cecilia brilliant in that midfield,Son and Kane unplayable upfront.

Spurs exceptional on counter attacks but away from home there was no reason for arsenal to ever be caught short of numbers at back. First goal was wonder strike from son but he didn’t get that space against chelsea and shouldn’t have today but that second was really poor for kane, son and bergwijn to stay up field and only 2 arsenal players to stay back with them was shocking. I know they almost had a chance themselves but there has to be cover at the back.

Lucky, that’s why I said Arsenal need to sit deep and play on the break.
Currently they are playing into Spurs hands and they’re not good enough to pull this one back. I read a bit for Arteta he’s lost his way a bit.

Lots were saying Spurs could be judged after their current run of games. They took 7 points from those defining games (City, Chelsea and Arsenal). Mini Pep will be pleased Arsenal had more possession anyway π.
Arteta is surely on his way before too much longer. Becoming a bit embarrassing now for them.

Agree Ed. Iβd actually argue Arsenal lost that game before a ball was kicked. Arteta in his prematch interview said βWe can win thisβ as though he was responding to Arsenal being underdogs, and so he effectively admitted that they were underdogs, something an Arsenal manager should never admit, particularly in a north London derby.

Ed, I think Arteta will be gone in the morning. As for Spurs, their run of tough games isnt over yet however there’s no doubting their quality. Even if we win today and beat Spurs, you i couldnt count them out could you?
