Well, as far as half-time summary goes; we are LUCKY to be 2-1 up. I don’t think at all we are playing well and I think that’s simply down to not being arsed to turn up on a Saturday Night. TV Scheduling that pays the Reddies.
2 standout points:
Little communication between players
As a result, players getting in each other’s way and unforced errors made such as Sturridge and Salah clashing and Lovren on Allison.
Allison looks a weak lonely figure. How? For somebody conceding less than Ederson.
To me what’s glaringly standing out is a ‘talker’ and another centre-half, purely to take the pressure off Van Dijk. I don’t know of that many that springs off the top of my head, but Lovren will always be Lovren.
As for any talk of an ‘easy life’ and Rafa throwing it in our direction, Newcastle fans hate us – they don’t CARE!!!!! And I never particularly like them since the days of the early 90s, so no love lost!
