Probably deserved in the end. Just so much wrong at Utd at the moment. That first half was a step in the right direction but I just knew Utd would rue those missed chances. Spurs could only get better.

Crazy if Jose leaves Sean?! You can’t lose 3-0 at home as a Utd manager and expect to keep your job. I’d accept it if it was his first season but you should have your defence well drilled by now. That was a shambles. I’m usually quick to defend him but there’s no excusing that.

Deserved win for Spurs. A lot of huff and puff from United but even when they pressured the Spurs goal (after Spurs second) there was no structure to their attacks – just hoof it up front and, seemingly, hope for the best.
Enough to keep Jose? Hopefully.

There’s definitely a problem between Mourinho and the Board and specifically Woodward who for various reasons refused to buy Mourinho the players he requested.

Mourinho wanted to strengthen the centre of the defence and was denied that albeit Lindehoff and Bailly are his signings.

Woodward face was a picture and Mourinho will do well to come through this tbh I’m not sure where he goes from here.

First job for Mourinho is to sort the defence out and not keep chopping and changing it, play not to get beaten and then take it from there.

I really don’t get the whole money thing for Maureen…

Poncho has managed 50 mil NET since his been at the club, and bought NOBODY this summer, don’t know what Maureen’s numbers are, but I reckon he’s spunked a bit more…

Tonight was a victory for football I reckon, and chairman up and down the country are going “Hold on, why am I writing all these checks?”

This was an illustration, if one was needed why they didnt back Mourinho. Sanchez £26m a year just to stop him going to City. £51m for Fred same reason. Herrera in the back three???
I wont gloat but nobody has a devine right. No title this year. Utd will find it hard to get into the top 4. They are just not good enough. Jones, Smalling Lindelof. Keep them on!
