Utd never looked like winning tonight. For all the upturn in form since Ole took over, the weaknesses in the squad remain. You don’t get much harder FA Cup runs than we’ve had this season but we should have had enough to give Wolves more of a game here.

Adlab, you need a bit of luck to win knockout tournaments. City, a bit like England at the World Cup, have found themselves in the semis of a tournament without really facing anyone decent.
