Adlab, I did the calculations the other week, at 25kmh an inch is takes about 4/1000 of a second, the cameras donβt work to that accuracy. To me clear and obvious is you take one look and if you say βIβve made a right hash of thatβ then itβs clear and obvious. Itβs a common sense decision that takes practically no time…Pagan

Long way to go so anybody’s game at OT.
Quickly back to City as I thought that team was really good yesterday. I may be wrong but I doubt if any other EPL side could have changed formation to such good effect against that level of opposition as was the case with City in that game. Such flexibility, or an inability to achieve it, might be an important factor later on this season…._____________________________

the goal disallowed was handball and was bound to be disallowed. I do think there was a foul in the build up for utd’s goal but we all know that the bar for VAR over ruling the ref is so high you’ll need to smoke some wicked stuff to see it π Was a foul though and we would all feel hard done by if our team conceded a goal like that.
Klopp looked shaken up on the touchline.
I still fancy pool to turn this around, but happy for the utd fans on here that they are getting the type of performance they deserve for a change. Great game.

Both decisions are hard to swallow but having seen the first one a few times, maybe the correct call. The 2nd one was over-ruled for offside though, not handball (unless it was incorrectly announced). I didnt see any offside there but ya.. We’ve got to play better. I think we’re a bit static having Origi instead of Salah. I would have started with Shaqiri.
Anyway we’ve got to improve or we lose points.
