28th September 2019 at 9:52 pm #48749Everton made it very tough for City today who clearly aren’t firing on all cylinders defensively. You can’t lose Kompany, Laporte and Stones and it not effect you.
I get the feeling that City will have to try and hang on to Liverpool until January and the transfer window and or getting Laporte fit if they are going to win either the PL or the CL this season.
The CL is probably less of a problem for them because they will almost certainly get out of the Group and the knock out games font start until February.

28th September 2019 at 10:25 pm #48753Lol, Adlab, Neville was annoyed on Sky re Pickford because he Smiled on a GK Error.
Makes me think at times why or the level of seriousness and preciousness.
Cheers

29th September 2019 at 1:54 am #48754AnonymousAgreed that city may have to dig deep but liverpool are no great shakes right now. We might not have injuries but we’re not firing.
I think klopp has got to take a look at midfield. Although today’s is the one id say is our strongest, they werent controlling the game. I think klopp has to look at dropping hendo and or wijnaldum forbthe next match. That’s only the beginning of it but I think its the easiest position to rotate.

29th September 2019 at 6:40 am #48757Finished watching the Spuds/Saints game…
Got to say up until the red card we were bossing it, N-Dumb was probably the best player on the pitch in the first half, starting to show glimpses of his fee for the first time. The “rebels” didn’t look too bad either. No issues with the red-card, you just can’t do those things in today’s game as we all the attacking player is going to exaggerate (2nd yellow that is!). Hugo… silly billy, but a couple of decent saves in the 2nd half to make up for it.
I think we would have won that quite comfortably without the red-card. Little disappointed with the Saints, to be honest, thought they were better than that.

29th September 2019 at 9:12 am #48759I really don’t get that cyber chum, I really don’t. Sure, they’re a good side and all that, but I just don’t understand why anybody would get enjoyment watching a team other than their own demolishing other teams other than their own… I mean, I’d probably enjoy watching them beat Liberools 6-0 but that might not be because of City, you know? 🙂

29th September 2019 at 9:35 am #48755Good win for Chelsea 999 and now on to Lille. I think we can win that one too. New to this site but thought I’d have a look around. Starting to get sick of WF elsewhere. Like to say hi again to Nil if he is around 🙂
