No real mouthwatering “Top 6 ” clash to get the juices flowing, arguably the game of the weekend would be the Goonies vs the Toffeemen, with both teams under new management.
Natrually, I’m concerned about the Spuds vs Brighton, unlikely to be a nice walk on the beach with a stick of candyfloss and a bag of chips. We should have enough… but shoulda/woulda/coulda… somehow I don’t think I’m the only one who thinks Gazza should be between the sticks. Only saw him play once, but I thought for a “third” choice goalie he was pretty handy! (Keeping a clean sheet didn’t hurt, that’s for sure!)

21st September 2018 at 3:30 pm #26543Chelsea away to West Ham on Sunday in a London Derby is a difficult game for Chelsea.
West Ham always raise their game v Chelsea as do their fans, a carry over from the Lampard transfer and playing Thursday and Sunday is historically difficult more so with a long trip back from Greece. Hopefully Chelsea can claim at least a point.
United v Wolves will be interesting shame it’s not a televised game. Big game for Spurs at Brighton I think they’ll bounce back at the Amex. Also think City will be on a mission away to Cardiff.

21st September 2018 at 6:32 pm #26546West ham is always a tough game away but I expect Chelsea to win especially if aurntovic is out
Tomorrow is a game liverpool have to win. Southampton will sit back. We drew far to many games to the so called lower teams last season st home wba and stoke spring to me.
It should be only a win all day long but anything can happen on the day

21st September 2018 at 10:01 pm #26552Liverpool should hammer Liverpool reserves. Utd should be beating Wolves but we’re still so unpredictable at the moment. I wouldn’t be surprised to see both City and Chelsea drop points, though both really should be winning those. Spurs, who knows? If the Spurs from the second half at OT turn up, they will be fine. Anything else and it could be another difficult weekend for them.

22nd September 2018 at 8:33 am #26554That’s it ed we should but I hate when we expected to win and win big.
I’m
Never over confident and I know at some stage there will be days were we drop points againest teans we should beatWe dropped to many at home last season
We have had a dream start but I will never go overboard. We have had far to many set backs for me to ever get carried away.

22nd September 2018 at 8:54 am #26555Comfortable win for Liverpool. City, Spurs, United and Arsenal all to win. Chelsea away to West Ham is a difficult one especially after a 12 hour flight delay from Greece following Thursdays EL game I’m hoping for a win but the best Chelsea might get is a draw.

22nd September 2018 at 9:24 am #26558AnonymousEasy win for Arsenal? lol. They are playing Everton and Richarlson is back.
Man UTD without Matic in midfield is easy to beat and Wolves have been one of the most organised teams._____________________________

22nd September 2018 at 1:30 pm #26567Kaliboy, echo the Ed’s welcome good to see you on here posting. Just to clarify my post though I suggested a comfortable win for Liverpool and wins for City, Spurs, United and Arsenal not sure any of the latter 4 will be easy wins though. Cheers 999

22nd September 2018 at 2:59 pm #26571Like the Irish wasplicker,I too am never confident United will win-no matter who we play.Would not surprise me to see the Wolverines nick a point.Arse vs Toffess is usually a high-scoring encounter.Poch said he could be gone if Spuds lose again……
