Where’s bluemoon? Last week he was complaining that big teams get all of the decisions when losing, well one team, and this week his team score a clearly offside goal five mins into injury time in the first half, after being being held.

Right then, just saw the ADSC “goal”… I would be very pissed if that was given against me!!!

Anyway, transfer window is now shut, the mini “warm-up” league season before the 1st wonderful international break is over (for us Spuds anyway!)…

Overall quite happy. Sad Harry buggered off, but new manager, a few new players, a new style of football just about as opposite as possible to the previous manager and 10 points from 12 playing some very nice football in the process… could have been a hell of a lot worse!

30 more points to safty and I’m feeling quite confident we can pick enough points in the remaining 34 games!!

Yeah banjo I was there, but would never travel all that way to leave early 😆

Just like last year, we can have all the ball we want but it counts for nothing if you create few good opportunities, especially if the few are missed.

We look so short of intelligence and cohesion in final 3rd. If poch can’t improve it with all the time he has to train us this year then we in big trouble.

I was quietly confident of our chances of top 4 but losing 2 of the opening 4 games and seeing the same problems up top, only a fool would bet on us for top 4 now.

3 games I have attended in 8 days at the bridge and based on the opposition I was hoping for 3 wins. We managed 2…against Luton and AFC Wimbledon.

I guess forest and west ham are just too good for us at the moment! 😳

Hmmm, so I’ve had a look on YouTube re highlights of the game. one of the angles shows Akanji is sticking his leg out to guide the ball in where as the angle behind the goal shows he’s trying to move out of the way.

I don’t think he was obstructing the GK’s view and he was trying to move out of the way, so if he isn’t interfering with play and if that’s allowed in the rules, then the goal rightly stoods.

I could be wrong, I could change my mind, but these are my thoughts first hand.
