Week 36 PL games.

The Burnley defender in the first place allows Aguero to wriggle the ball away and get the shot in. It’s a shame something as feeble otherwise takes the gloss off a very good performance. I honestly felt Burnley would get a draw today.

We now have to hope going into the final game that by then, we’d have booked a place in the CL final.

The problem from our point of view is we’ve yet to have won it and the monkey is on our backs.

Man City on the other hand have won it 3 times and they have those players still on the circuit like Aguero and Silva, so they have that slight advantage of experience and knowing how to keep going and going.

Burnley made it really difficult as they always do and it was a tough win for City as it is for anyone away to Burnley given the way they play but that’s what Champions do.

Ref missed the pen but he was unsighted. Was the linesman unsighted too? I’m not sure?

That will feel like a big three points for City following the victory at OT on Wednesday night.
