20th April 2019 at 2:16 pm #38279City are understandably nervous but Spurs just havenβt really offered much up top this half.

20th April 2019 at 2:23 pm #38280Big big win for City in really difficult circumstances the De Bruyne injury is a real blow for them he’s been such a miss for them this season and now they face another massive game at OT on Wednesday night.

20th April 2019 at 2:27 pm #38281Good call to play Foden today. Funny how home grown players still play a huge part for all the money spent in the modern era.

20th April 2019 at 2:28 pm #38282Enjoyed the game above all – didn’t want the whistle to blow.
Kudos above all to Spurs from all 3 meetings with Man City. Today, once again they showed resilience and a desire to at least get back from being in adversity.
Maybe with Kane on the pitch it could have been a different story. I felt City were rattled. Despite having a strong depth, there are tired legs and it’ll be interesting to see who actually plays Wednesday night.
Still hope for us from a Liverpool point of view – all these teams like United, Burnley, Brighton, and Leicester can take hope and confidence from this. There is no easy straight-forward ride.

20th April 2019 at 4:06 pm #38289Realistically we can smell the end of term and from 4 games, there can’t be many twist and turns.
Irrespective of whether Man City were to beat Man United, providing we win our games, the title will then be decided on the final day whereby if Liverpool are winning, then City would have to find 3 points no matter what at Brighton.

20th April 2019 at 5:00 pm #38294AnonymousAdlab, the more I watch him, the more in awe I become, what a feckin player KDB is, when he went off the spark left the game. It’s yours to lose now.

20th April 2019 at 5:13 pm #38295Adlab our only realistic hope would be Manchester United.
Otherwise, the Title is effectively yours.
Would be a fantastic Community Shield opener in August with both sets of Champions if that was to be with us winning the CL.

20th April 2019 at 5:27 pm #38296Thought Spurs played well today and put in a very good performance considering their injuries.
The title race is still too close to call although the United game could be decisive._____________________________

20th April 2019 at 5:30 pm #38297Liverpool have a lot of travelling in coming weeks, with their away CL games followed by away premier league games. To some degree the winning momentum and excitement of still being in the two big prizes helps them, but fatigue will have to kick in at some point. Because of that, one does wonder if Ox will play some part in the coming month.
