Mav, United need another Vidic in the same way Chelsea need another Terry.

16th April 2019 at 2:26 pm #37718Arsenal are as flaky as Chelsea so are United really none of them belong in the CL next season.

16th April 2019 at 2:52 pm #37721Threeps, lol, it’s just for 90 minutes 😀 We’ll just be the Devils 😀
Imagine though the reminders from them if we were to go all the way.
I think Tottenham will want to avoid defeat this Sat, so we might not need ‘that’ favour.

16th April 2019 at 2:53 pm #37722Like Chelsea,United too are a one-man team,except that Uniteds one player is a goalie!

16th April 2019 at 4:07 pm #37725That is two favours then, Utd and Spurs.!!!!! Concentrate on winning your matches and less on what others can or cannot do. One game at a time

16th April 2019 at 4:53 pm #37727Brian, Neil Warnock may try to throw the spanner in the works for us lol 😀
Nothing’s a foregone conclusion, so we are always hoping for some sort of a favour 🙂

16th April 2019 at 5:19 pm #37730It’s alright you saying that, Brian, but like it or not, our fate is wrapped up in what City do over the next month, so you can’t blame Liverpool fans being preoccupied with what City do. As far as City are concerned, they CAN just concentrate on what they do in the next game, but we could win all our games and still not win the league, so yes, we do want favours from United, Spurs or whoever!

As HH put it. Why does it bother you that we talk about what teams you may drop points from though? I might be reading too much into it but you City lads appear to be on edge ever since we beat Chelsea.
If the fans are bothered then the players will be too, maybe?
Don’t you worry though, as much as us fans are hoping for City to drop points here or there, the Liverpool players will be fully focused on the next match and only that. Maybe we lose the next game and shut up then! We’re all feeling the stresses and excitement of the run in. It’s so so so close.

16th April 2019 at 9:50 pm #37751AnonymousWrong channel for the Cl stuff sry.
I see Cardiff are 2-0 up. that’s a huge problem for us as they will now be extra fired up for their match against us. Football and it’s wicked ways.

16th April 2019 at 10:11 pm #37760Brighton will more than ever be fighting for their lives. They’ve lost their way a bit – possibly that heavy defeat by Bournemouth knocking the stuffing out of them.
One could argue the implication of this being another tough fixture for us as Cardiff will be up for it.
Klopp is aware no so-called calibre of fixture is a gimme and he’ll prepare us to manage the game professionally.

17th April 2019 at 4:46 am #37762AnonymousThis result will definitely make things more difficult for us. Cardiff will have some sense of belief going into this match and it’s exactly what we didn’t need but you know, if you want to win titles, you’ve got to complete these kinds of tasks.
Maybe this result will make our lads wary of Cardiff. A healthy level of respect is a good thing. I’m still confident that we’ll win but it’s Cl first and another game that we might just go into thinking a little lightly of it. We’ve just got to be careful of complacency, in both tournaments.
