Terrible news for Utd. I’ve lost count now of the number of times we’ve come up against sides who have just brought in a new manager and, annoyingly, they suddenly turn into prime Barcelona for the new man. Exactly what I feared after yesterday.
Ryan Mason would be fav candidate as new interim coach until the end of the season in case Tottenham decided to fire Cristian Stellini. 🚨⚪️ #THFC

Ed utd have 3rd/4th wrapped up m8. You and Newcastle deserve it. Every other top side has been a joke. Utd and Newcastle most consistent

Sean, that should be the case but we’ve been so up and down recently. It would take a huge collapse though.
Lucky, no it shouldn’t happen at all. It’s just that unknown factor when a new guy comes in and can sometimes rally the troops.

Kane and son mate ain’t it. They are the threats and whoever is in charge at spurs will achieve nothing in any game without getting best of them and we know what they can do when they are on it and the team behind them is solid enough.

Has an interim manager ever been sacked before?

I asked the same question recently Mikus but referring to Lampard’s recent results. I’m not sure one has. I think Lampard is safe, though, purely because there’s nothing left to play for so little to gain by sacking him. Spurs will want to put up a fight for the slim chance that remains for a CL place and, failing, that secure EL football.
