That was an interesting half of footy!!

Credit to both teams for playing what seems to be a lot of youngsters today, and both teams certainly trying to go forward rather than sit back. Norwich seemed to grow into the game more the longer it went on, or another way of putting it, Chelsea seemed to let the opposition back into the game, something they seem to be doing often this season.

I didn’t think that was a yellow either, but replays showed he did clip him (ably assisted by the player falling down and whining at the ref before he even landed!! 🙂 )

Good game for the neutrals.?

We would be half decent if we could defend we need to get our injured players back and playing Kante and Rudiger today would make us a different proposition.

Offensively though we are looking quite bright.

Going to be interesting to seas if Chelsea can maintain concentration in the 2nd half. The longer the games goes on the more “stretched” they look. Be very surprised if it finishes 2-2 but would be a brave man to call a winner right now!

Good win, congrats to the Chelsea lads on here. They had too much quality for them but Norwich are a capable side at times. They needs to do something about their defending but they will likely pick up points against weaker sides. I don’t see them getting relegated this season but you never know with these newly promoted teams. They have a tendency to just fall to pieces.

Reviewed the Commentators called it as a pen and Walton reviewed it and said it was a pen. Inexplicably to me at least VAR didn’t even review it.

Anyway the media can put their knives away re Frank for a week.?

The Chelsea fans have been shouting Frank Lampard’s name all day and he would have been looking at the fixtures and thinking this is where I can get all three points for them.
