Well United losing to Newcastle is been very shocking. i couldn’t believe that. these small teams are very dangerous now. we are in a very rough period of results. but hopefully we will find some form tonight. as it stands Liverpool looks favorite to finish second. which means two places will be in between Chelsea, United, Spurs and Arsenal. very tough though. i have seen Morata give a post in which he says he is fine and is ready for the match. that is a good news though. i’m anxious tonight. hope the lads perform to our usual standard. for us and for Conte.

C-man… would have to disagree about Pool being fav’s for second, going over the last month or so. Having said that, still think Yooutd will end up 2nd, with Chelski, Spuds and Pool fighting out for the final 2 CL spots. Goonies are done and dusted for this year methinks!

I think people are unfair to the lad. yes he is having the worst season in his career. but players come back from that. its up to him to come back from that. i think Conte should protect him from the media. with each passing day he is losing his confidence. there is no dispute that he is a talented guy. but it took a season for Pogba who is a play-maker to recapture his form after changing clubs. and he was at United before, yet Bakayoko has never been in England. give him to adapt to the league. i’m happy to wait any judgement about him until next season. if Spurs have listened AVB they wouldn’t have had Dembele in their squad now. and he is one of their best players.

Chucky i think you can’t rule out anyone at this very stage. except City who has already wrapped up the league. the rest are in this to the wire. ok Liverpool are playing better than both Chelsea and United and even Spurs. they are getting the wins. and more importantly scoring goals. and are only two points behind United. and United has Chelsea to play next week. i think United are favorites for that game. with the form we are in at the minute. i will be scared to face any top six team.

Chucky i can’t wait that line up when we come out from our current slam. an despite our slump in form. we are still in touch with the second placed United. now both Christensen and Morata are back. which means Conte will have a full squad to choose from for the first time since the new years eve. and we have Spurs after United and City.

chelsea.man form can be a contentious thing. it depends how far back you want to go and what picture you want to paint. for example, on http://www.transfermarkt.com if you go to the form table it defaults to 6 games. you can then change it to start and finish on certain gameweeks. with the 6 games spurs are top of the form league with city second and liverpool third, but if you back to 10 games city are top with liverpool second and spurs third.

Previous form won’t count for anything on the run in.

Chelsea have had a lot of problems and have been missing a lot of important players and one to eleven when everyone is fit Chelsea are a match for anyone in the PL.

Circa 76/77 points should be enough to qualify for the CL which means Chelsea will need circa 27 points from the 36 available over the next 12 games but they need to win tonight for sure.

Tough but not impossible imo.
