Ed, that’s fair enough, but every team he has been at post Porto has had the capacity to win the league, Inter were no exceptions, they were champions when he took over and he didn’t need investment to maintain the standards of Mancini or even better it. The great achievement for him there of course was the CL victory, as there were better and richer squads throughout Europe that year than Jose’s Inter.

Maybe you are right and the squad at spurs is already capable of challenging with a coach like Jose, I just don’t see it myself.

Robertson is one of the best left backs in Europe and I would not trade him for no one. 8m and he had everything you want in a full back. He can defend, recover , attack. Brilliant player
