Absolutely amazing performance from us. They tried to rob us over and over but we came away unbeaten. The refs need investigating for pretty much every major decision there.

Tierney…joke ref! And why was Kane’s tackle not referred to the screen. Robbo was very clumsy but not as dangerous or malicious as Kane’s.

I don’t object Mikus to Var advising the Referee to double-check. Clearly it influenced a U-turn as doubt inevitably crept in. Not often do the Refs stick to their original decision, but each incident perhaps is determined on what the the Ref thinks.
One could argue the point of consistency re Kane, but this is why.

HH, that’s exactly it. Kanes was much worse and the ref doesnt see it, the VAR was maybe on Pornhub or something, desperately trying to find something even more exciting than that match.
What about the penalty calls? Spurs one was obviously not and our one obviously was. The non-Liverpool fans want to tell me I’m wrong here? Chucky aside, he’s curled up in bed counting his point to get to sleep.

If it were 1 major incident fair enough but 3 game changing incidents went against and we still somehow drew. People saying a draw was the correct score is pretty funny.
I wonder will they appeal the Robertson red? My gut says no, as it’s got to be a REALLY harsh call to get them reversed. Take the ban on the chin I think.

I’m as guilty as anyone swayed into bias and the emotions. Perhaps we’ve forgotten that football once was a physical game. I actually enjoyed that side of it today and found it refreshing.
We’ve been living in a climate of modern day football where the slightest of contacts leads to a free-kick given. The quality of Refereeing could have been better. I wonder what was agreed in the changing room pre-match between both Managers and Captains.

Kane shouldnt have been on the pitch for those chances. Otherwise I would agree with you completely. Alisson unsung hero, even with the mistake for that goal.

I recognize that point made about Spurs’ chances. Their style of football was mixed but the clear message coming out of it is that we’re not bowing down to the Top Teams.
We did show dominance. We didn’t command the game though it has to be said as a presentation of a Team challenging for the Title. Forced absence of individual players perhaps played it’s part. We are sticking with Manchester City though and every little helps as they say π π
