Great game – good to see it getting the praise it’s due as well, and City not involved. Bit tiresome hearing pundits of Man City games who hold the mic with one hand and have the other in their underpants!
Although it was 3-1 I thought United were a bit lucky to get all 3 points, but DDG was just fantastic.

3rd December 2017 at 10:03 am #8297AnonymousAnother very below par performance from spurs. Not sure whatβs going on there at the moment but this is the worst I have seen us play for a very long time. The defence is shit, midfield is shit and our attack is shit. Now weβll have Sanchez out for 3 games as well. A few more games like this and our season will be over. I think poch has done very well to escape the criticism he deserves right now.

3rd December 2017 at 10:30 am #8298Pax, I said it last week. Pundits/media are all over Klopp and Conte when things go wrong. Pochettino escapes it quite a bit. Two terrible performances at utd and arsenal yet again in big games and nothing much is said about
Alderweild is such a big loss though and dembele isnβt fit. Iβm sure spurs will bounce back but itβs a longtime since I can remember a run like this

3rd December 2017 at 10:34 am #8299Great game between utd and arsenal. Utd do have the players to go to these places and win.
Very impressed with liveroool yday especially since we had two midfielders in a back 3.peoole day Klopp has no plan b but we can counter attack or we can play possession football. We have also used 4 different formations recently.
Great to be back in top 4 but such a long way to go. We badly need a centre back in Jan

3rd December 2017 at 10:40 am #8301Very odd run of form by Spurs, even with Aldervield out surely they should have played better that they have been. Something going on behind closed doors upsetting things perhaps?

3rd December 2017 at 11:09 am #8307AnonymousAlli has been shit all season. Turned up in a few games but I think his time at spurs is over.

3rd December 2017 at 12:17 pm #8310Pax, where does Alli go from here though? He’s not really earnt a move to a bigger club but Spurs won’t want to sell him to a smaller club for a small fee as they’ll fear him finding the form of last season. Very difficult to see where he’ll go, if anywhere.
Is it the case of yet another English player who was bigged up way too soon or is it just a terrible patch of form?

3rd December 2017 at 12:56 pm #8312AnonymousI donβt think he was bigged up too soon. He is absolutely class and definitely has the ability to be a world beater. I just think his heads been turned and heβs got too big for his boots. He thinks heβs too big for spurs and canβt be bothered putting in the effort. Problem is heβs too stupid to realise how this will effect his chances of getting the move he wants to one of the super clubs.

3rd December 2017 at 1:42 pm #8314I don’t think Real will go anywhere near Β£200m for Dele Alli not only because DA has lost his way this season but also because Real have become a lot more careful with their transfer business and they are having to sell to buy.
I could see Real paying that sort of money for Neymar if he can force his way out of PSG and they can raise some additional funding from their own sales.
Dele Alli imo has just not hit the form this season that he did previously it happens and there’s every chance imo that his form will return probably sooner rather than later.

3rd December 2017 at 4:03 pm #8322Siad it before, I reckon DA is heading down the NA route and will end up playing for about 8 clubs around Europe, being decent for all and a legend for none, while filling up his bank-account.

3rd December 2017 at 6:44 pm #8337Just come from work, but did keep my eye out on the Man City game.
One piece of summary would be a common ground in effort from Huddersfield, Southampton and West Ham, so in spite of the outcome, all 3 of these teams put up a genuine fight and kudos.
The flip side to this is that City overcame all of these challenges and even though on this occasion I’d rather they didn’t win the title, the mentality shown for me spells a team that deserves the League Title.

3rd December 2017 at 9:25 pm #8364Hightown, I’m still struggling to get the weekly tables out straight away. They seem to take longer to generate for some reason. But after a quick check, it looks like you and Mav are tied on 25 points for the top spot on the week and I wasn’t far behind on 24 either. I’d be surprised if we’ve had more than 25
