VAR allows the goal to be stood – correct decision for me.

24th November 2019 at 6:24 pm #54020Not a bad game at all, think Sheffield deserved a little bit more, but 3 goals in 7 minutes away from home deserves a point too!! Reckon Ole is safe for another week and Wilder has a job for life!!

24th November 2019 at 6:24 pm #54021Sheffield United deserved something from that game. Good watch.

24th November 2019 at 6:25 pm #54022Reminded me of those Super Sundays in the 90s – what a Game. Just Proper end-to-end stuff – draw I felt was probably a fair result but credit equally to Man United for their second-half display. Something for Ole to think about in playing more often the Youngsters.

24th November 2019 at 6:27 pm #54023Crazy game
Utd looked dead and buried
That should keep ole at the wheel for next few weeks

24th November 2019 at 6:30 pm #54024It does look as though Solksjaer has somewhat steadied the ship in recent weeks. Theyβre still not great but they are generally performing. If a new manager came in, there might be a bit of a bounce but theyβd probably revert back to where they are now. But top 4 looks way off either way.

24th November 2019 at 7:02 pm #54031Great spirited come back from United. i don’t know why Ole keeps on playing 5 at the back. once they switched to 4-2-3-1 that is when they had Sheffield in the corner. but sadly i still would say, Allegri is their best available manager if they want winning mentality. Pochettino is ok to lift a club who has little ambition. but i reckon the United job is too big for him.

24th November 2019 at 7:06 pm #54033Mikus, this is the worst utd team Iβve ever seen. They were dreadful for 70m
They are 20 points off the top. Ole says today is a huge step forward??? Iβd be worried hearing that if I was utd fan mate
They need at least 5 players. In fairness to ole look at the squad heβs working with and the injuries they have.
He needs time. Surely utd canβt sack him
And reset and go through a transition period again?Maguire is given an easy time. He had t been great at all

24th November 2019 at 7:21 pm #53992They’re (Manchester) paying Sanchez more than the entire “Sheffield” team…

24th November 2019 at 7:24 pm #54039Ole is a goner Sean. Whether soon or at the end of the season. We just won’t pick up enough points to finish in anywhere near an acceptable position. Maguire has been decent all seadon IMO. Makes the odd mistake but I dread to think where we’d be without him. Only positive of Ole’s spell for me is the signings he’s made. Happy with all of them. Still yet to see who else we could have got in than Maguire.

24th November 2019 at 7:28 pm #54042I’d give Allegri the job. Could fall flat on his face but I’m struggling to see any other candidates I’d trust who wouldn’t be a huge gamble. Ten Hag possibly but that’s a bit risky as is someone like Nagelsmann

24th November 2019 at 7:39 pm #54045Ten Hag is a decent manager. at least better candidate than Poch. but Alegri will instill a winning mentality to United. i think at the moment, the biggest obstacle at United is the Fergie Ghost at the club. he seems to control the club mentally. and these big coaches always like to call the shots. Mourinho in his last days at United suggested that. unless Fergie steps aside completely United won’t sort themselves.

24th November 2019 at 7:48 pm #54046Well well, what a game! Looked completely fooking clueless for close to 70 mins, and then bang.Fantastic showing for the youngsters Williams & Greenwood are the future.I agree with Sweedy Edy that Ole is a gooner,I just hope its sooner rather than later. The man looks lost & clueless, worse than Emery,Silva and Pellegrini.

24th November 2019 at 7:48 pm #54047In some ways I understand what you mean by the “ghost” of Fergie CM, but when it comes down to it mate this squad is not a patch on Fergies last title winning team, and they werent that good. Relative to Fergie’s best squads this one is terrible.
They need better players, its as simple as that. Problem is, while top players cost a shit load of money, spending shit loads of money doesnt guarantee top players. They just need to be smarter… yes, I am going on mastermind next week, my specialist subject is the bleeding obvious π
