Mr Pagan, there’s a disparity of in balance of Posters likes/dislikes.
I’m in the minority. Why should my reasons or my likes/dislikes matter?
I don’t particularly like the City I lived in, it’s rough. The Football Team doesn’t appeal to me like it used to for XYZ reasons.
That’s it.

9th November 2019 at 7:26 pm #52221There’s only a 5 point gap now. This is why I don’t go too deep into wishing or supporting others knowing they’re my competition and opposing a high level of threat.
It’s good for those supporting their respective teams and those neutrals, but it places pressure on those at the helm.

9th November 2019 at 8:05 pm #52222Congrats to Leicester very good performance and two very good goals too.
Anything other than a Liverpool win tomorrow would make things quite interesting at the top of the table.
Be great to see the PL title race develop into a 3/4 team race but I think it’s probably unlikely.

9th November 2019 at 8:46 pm #52225Well played Sheffield United you deserved all 3 points against a pathetic Spurs side.
Why O why would you pick your 3rd and 5th choice centre backs against a team like SU. Piss poor team selection.Sanchez needs Toby next to him not useless Meathead who’s permanently on walkabout, add Aurier to the equation and cue a Sheffield onslaught.
12 games in and season over well FO can’t see Levy taking much more of this_____________________________

10th November 2019 at 2:18 am #52240AnonymousNil, I don’t have to live through what you do, so I’ll just tell you that it’s very easy for me to appreciate what Rodgers is doing at Leicester. The football that he has them playing and also the players doing it. Vardy was like Roberton at time, NDidi was like… you know when Gini gets possessed and goes dashing forward after winning the ball? Maybe not the best direct comparison of player but .. the energy , the passion. The flow that Leicester have proves that Rodgers knows his ****. Liverpool fans are generally unconvinced because he only managed it for an entire 38 games. Apparently that’s not a large enough sample set!
Rodgers is going to be felated by the media very soon.

10th November 2019 at 4:55 am #52243AnonymousDon’t think Leicester will keep pace with the top 2, Rodgers has a habit of his team’s fading as the season wears on and they don’t have the players to keep it going, let’s see when they also face the better teams

10th November 2019 at 6:55 am #52247Moos, the buck has to stop with Levy, for 3 transfer windows we had no new players in ,at a time when every other club was spending large amounts of money. You can’t just down tools in this league or you get found out.
We now have Aurier, Rose, Alderweireld, Vertonghen and Eriksen looking to move on, the last 3 for free FFS.
I feel it’s too late to offer them new contracts so what you saw yesterday is as good as it gets.In January they can talk to other clubs and there’s nothing Spurs can do about it.
On to Poch, his team selections this season has been poor, why drop Foyth at RB for Aurier of all people, why play our 3rd and 5th choice CB’s against a team like Sheffield United, they just played straight through the middle of our defence, where was Toby, we know he’s going but until he does he’s our best CB so feckin play him.
The situation in N17 is dire so much so that if we finish mid table that will be about right. We had the nucleus of a top, top team if the club had added quality players to it, we would be up there with the best, heartbreaking for lifelong supporters like myself._____________________________

10th November 2019 at 12:23 pm #52251Got a lot of time for the Sheffield Clubs and Yorkshire. Makes a change from the usual North-South mix of teams.
Could be time up for Southampton, who knows as far as the Prem goes.
West Brom look good so far in the Championship, but from a personal POV, would rather a Midlands team didn’t come up.

10th November 2019 at 2:31 pm #52256Quite the opposite I think CM. I heard the board are backing him.
Arsenal bosses β100%β behind Unai Emery, deny considering change or talking to candidates, plan to review in summer. Kroenkes + execs offering full support, wonβt react to βnoiseβ, feel results will improve atmos & think #AFC on right path. @TheAthleticUK: https://t.co/rXXrMAtd9a

10th November 2019 at 3:44 pm #52261Rodri is back which will help and Silva on the bench…….but Bravo in goal!
Stats show, incredibily, that of the last 40 shots at him he has let in 21.
No Mendy though. Not sure why. Not even on the bench.
So not quite as bad:
No Ederson
Laporte
Mendy
Zinchenko
SaneWe are really exposed at CB,LB and keeper. Lets hope the standins perform.

10th November 2019 at 3:49 pm #52262Stats which are not good reading for me.
Liverpool have gone 16 top-flight games unbeaten against City at Anfield, with their solitary home defeat in the past 28 meetings coming in May 2003.
Manchester City’s 16-match winless streak away to Liverpool is their longest in the Premier League against any opponent (D5, L11)._____________________________

10th November 2019 at 4:08 pm #52266Souness has his sensible head on today. He is right. A Liverpool win today means nothing. There are far too many points still to play for.
What on earth is Roy Keane on about?!
