I definitely would have spoken about how well City played int he first half had I not been distracted by the erroneous calls. City were excellent and could have scored a few goals in the first half and 1-2 in the 2nd but potential for discussion was chopped away.
I definitely don’t log into this page to gloat about wins. I think Ive talked more about Chelsea and Leicester this week than Liverpool but I have had it with these undermining remarks from bitter people. They fly in the face of the very reason for this forum existing.

Mav, there used to be a thing amongst Liverpool fans where most didnt “get what he does”. I’m not right about every player and there are a few comical wrongs out there but when it comes to Gini, I was right there from the start. We all have those players that we feel that we get and have some potentially misplaced pride, when they come good. Maybe it’s not misplaced because there is validation of your opinion etc .. Gini is a quiet genius.

To be honest I didnβt watch the game closely, but putting aside any controversy, Man City did create opportunities to score with a few balls knocked across the goal which no one managed to convert.
When all said and done itβs all about putting the ball in the net, if you do that then the decisions that go, or you perceive that go against you, although annoying donβt usually matter that much. I always believe that you get what you deserve from a game, and like it or not the result is exactly that, and you have to be either grateful or gracious….Pagan
