Fred’s been ok, but I think he’s had his work cut out, Mav. In all honesty from observation, I think that’s down to Pogba in the ‘number 6’ supposed position not supporting Fred. It’s a shame mate, because that in itself could be really effective,

Zero-Zero as I see it mate and it’s City that need to win this game in hand.

Sean, that’s actually what’s let us down mate in recent years. This has been brought up in our Liverpool Going Forward Thread.

Just my own thoughts on how Oz has been feeling, I think going by out own thread, he feels a stronger sense of optimism, but he like many of us feels aggrieved purely on Man City’s capability to spend big and assemble an array of top quality.

However, that fact that we are 20 or so points ahead of those rival teams beneath us shows how far we’ve come on this journey so far with Klopp. 27 wins with still 3 games to play is a first class achievement. We’re the only team so far to really push Man City off their own Mantel (all but win that first piece of Silverware since 2012)
