To be honest, both teams are capable of banging in a goal or two, but Real just edge it for me down to the experience that they have, pretty much the whole team have been there and got the t-shirt… and a few of the Pool lads are still wet behind the ears…

Pool need to score first to have a proper chance I reckon, make sure Real need to attack and stay “open” at the back.

Tough day and night for all the Liverpool lads on here.

I’ve never experienced a Chelsea Final that I’ve enjoyed it’s only enjoyable when it’s all over and if you’ve won but then and although you feel totally drained the feeling is unbelievable.

I hope you lads get to experience that unbelievable feeling again tonight especially those like Hightown hope who have battled so hard and spent so much money in getting to Kiev.

Mav, following on from your post @ 3:32 yesterday which I incidentally I agreed with I’ve just read today’s Express which agreed with you too selecting VVD, Firmino and Salah in a combined Real Liverpool team.

I think just 3 Liverpool players in a combined Real/Liverpool team illustrates the size of the task and what a phenomenal achievement it would be should Liverpool hopefully win it. Cheers 999
