21st February 2018 at 2:27 pm #16173999-I agree mate,to me it seems as if Hazard is using Real to get a much better contract, and why not!

21st February 2018 at 2:35 pm #16175Mav, I’m not sure mate allegedly Chelsea are prepared to offer Hazard a new extended contract at circa £300k per week.
Silly money and I wouldn’t want the club to go higher than that even for Hazard.
But whichever way it finally goes Hazard won’t be the loser as he will either go to Real on a big new contract or stay at Chelsea on a big new contract.

21st February 2018 at 2:41 pm #16177999-Silly yes mate of course, but if Sanchez earns ca £577k p/w,then Hazard deserves the £300k!

21st February 2018 at 3:01 pm #16180Couldn’t argue with that mate and that’s part of the problem in football and transfer fees for players and club’s paying out more and more to players on wages needs to be addressed imo. Mbape valued at circa £160m on loan? It’s all bonkers imo mate

21st February 2018 at 6:52 pm #16192Personally getting Casemiro makes sense for us.him and Kante will form a formidable partnership at the heart of our midfield. and we can with stand at any pressure. i think Chelsea should include him at any deal that takes Courtois to Madrid. as i can’t see him at Chelsea. if your kids live there, you will want to be there.

21st February 2018 at 7:01 pm #16194CMan, not at £176m mate.
Straight swap for Bakayoko maybe. ?
We’ll be overwhelmed by rumours over the next few months not sure about this one can’t see Real letting him go nor can I see Chelsea spending the suggested kind of fee on a DM.

21st February 2018 at 7:51 pm #16205Nine, I thought the Mbappe fee was a loan that converted to a transfer fee without any further payments.

21st February 2018 at 8:19 pm #16206Jim, you’re right mate it was a loan for Mbape but that was just to get around FFP after spending circa £200m on Neymar which is a p take.
I think the 100m Euro net spend proposal from UEFA for FFP 2 makes sense and I can’t understand why UEFA didn’t go in that direction from the start. Cheers 999

you are such shrewd negotiator if you want Bakayoko and Casemiro swap. for me i feel we would match any team with him and Kante pulling the strings in our midifeld. if we truly want him, it could be that Conte will be staying in the summer. he is probably a Conte player.

22nd February 2018 at 8:56 am #16241CM, just a bit of fun mate that reflects the likelyhood off Chelsea bidding £176m for Casimero as claimed by Don Balon who are the architects of many of the Spanish transfer rumours.
Tbh I don’t know whether Chelsea are or aren’t interested in Casimero and I suspect neither do Don Balon but I think that it’s more than unlikely Chelsea have bid £176m for him.

23rd February 2018 at 6:32 pm #16398Surprised to hear that Juve have an alleged buy back fee of 60m Euros for Pogba?
Surely not why would United pay circa £90m for Pogba and agree a buy back clause circa £40m less than they paid for him.

23rd February 2018 at 7:25 pm #16407I can’t see that being true. United can be naive but they are not stupid. how on earth would they agree with such stupid deal?

23rd February 2018 at 7:49 pm #16412Well it could be true, but why would he want to go to Juve, they can’t buy him back against his will, and I’m sure he’d have his pick of clubs…..Pagan

24th February 2018 at 12:29 am #16422ppt, nothing to do with me mate (see below)
“Juventus are considering bringing Manchester United misfit Paul Pogba back to Serie A after the buy-back fee was revealed for the player.
The France midfielder, who made a bright start to the season and has nine assists to his name, appears to have fallen out of favour with United boss Jose Mourinho in recent weeks.
“It claims that there is a clause in Pogba’s contract that will allow him to return to Juve for a fee in the region of €60million and that the reigning Serie A champions are currently monitoring his situation.”
He was substituted early in the second half of games against Newcastle and Tottenham and then dropped in a win over Huddersfield, while United’s latest outing in the Champions League saw youngster Scott McTominay preferred – although Pogba was said to be not fully fit for that game.
Recent speculation about a clash between Mourinho and the player has led to strong rumours that United may be prepared to cash in on their record signing, and French publication L’Equipe (via IlBianconero) has taken that one step further.”
Seems really unlikely to me as I said in my original post that United would have agreed to Juve having a 60m Euro buy back clause in the deal but there are seemingly some problems between Pogba and Mourinho and broad allegations that Pogba is unhappy.

24th February 2018 at 7:29 am #16424That has to be a Completely made up story. No way would Juventus agree to pay anywhere near that amount for Pogba. ?
