Just walked round the new stadium – reckon it will be the best club ground in the country, by a distance. The skybar and the horshoe walkway over the opposite penalty are great features, then a 17,000 seater single tier stand to the south.

1st June 2018 at 2:24 pm #22482I’m sure Poch will be leading Spurs when they take delivery of their new Stadium. The new 5 year contract and Daniel will have done for Poch even if he wanted to join Real.

2nd June 2018 at 8:39 am #22483Real wouldnโt take conte because if his style of play.
I used to think Poch had to win something but spurs have been over achieving.
3 successive cl places, playing super football.
Very here for anyone to win anything with city and utd ahead of most
Chelsea will certainly improve on last season?
Nine any word on conte mate?
Chelsea linked to loads of managers

2nd June 2018 at 11:53 am #22487AnonymousWIB, I saw the new ground about a week ago and I stood there and thought ” Is this for real” took my breath away.
Still have great memories of WHL but nothing stays the same and it is built on the old ground’s footprint ._____________________________

2nd June 2018 at 1:20 pm #22489Sean, if Chelsea could have set out to create the most comprehensive mess possible they couldn’t have done a better job mate on so many fronts.
Latest rumours suggest that Chelsea are now talking to Jokanaovic.
It’s a b*****s muddle mate and there’s a lot of work that needs to be done now to steer the good ship Chelsea back in the right direction between now and when the season starts if Chelsea are to have any chance of reclaiming a CL place next season.

Wish I could share a few pics with you from inside but the club would go mad and I donโt know how to do it on here.
The inside is absolutely spectacular and will be the best football stadium in the country as the stands are all acoustically designed around the pitch and are close too. One side of the ground has soccer changing rooms and the other side has vast changing rooms and team rooms for NFL. Iโm far from a fan of Levy but he really has pulled off something superb.
Just a pity it wonโt be fully finished in time for the new season – I can see the first few hone games being switched to away plus not all facilities will be ready to support the fans in the seats – but what a stadium._____________________________

3rd June 2018 at 11:32 am #22508Youโd be amazed Chucky – the guy is a machine and has lots of his people watching social media etc. Pity I donโt have your email as raw pictures of the inner bowl look great, and you can see the retractable pitch mechanisms
Great time to be a spurs fan as I can see the club really stepping up into Europeโs elite on the back of this. The lounge and boxes arenโt finished yet but the inner bowl around the pitch is amazing and there are walkways that come out over the pitch at each end. One is a horseshoe walkway and the other is a glass โskybarโ that I bet will cost a pretty penny.
Iโve been involved in one way or another in all the major stadia projects in the UK & Ireland, and Doha (a bit) in the last 10+ years and this is my favourite -on a par with Liverpool stand, but that was only quarter of the ground.
Everton (or Crystal Palace) next, now Chelsea have shelved theirs

3rd June 2018 at 2:21 pm #22513Interesting interweb gossip hinting that Toby and his squad have gone back to Levy with a bit of a “discount” apparently, something a lot closer to what Spuds were originally offering and by all accounts, considering what I’ve already mentioned about the goalposts being moved previously, has turned the matter over to Poncho with very a “it’s up to you, I’m happy to pay it” comment…
Could my dream of Bale coming and Toby/Moose staying be coming true?
