Thiago is looking like the player we all thought Liverpool were buying now Sean. Didn’t see him today but he’ll be like a new signing next season. Bit unfortunate that it took him so long to settle.

Watching Everton today was a real surprise. They had just one idea. Long ball for somebody to chase or high ball into the middle. I expect more from Ancelloti. Mind you we did play well._____________________________

24th May 2021 at 10:10 am #179609Ye adlab, ancelloti is a great manager but itβs just Everton. Itβs always the same thing
Is Kante available for the cl final?
Such an important player for Chelsea.
Heβs a huge loss when heβs not playing.

24th May 2021 at 10:49 am #179612Bit of sympathy for Leicester who miss out by a whisker again. No sympathy for Vardy though, another of several dives yesterday not picked up by VAR π
Sad to lose Aguero, I was there for his debut, he came on with 30 minutes to play and scored 2, and I was there for his farewell game, he came on with 30 minutes to play and scored 2 ππ€£π. We will miss you Sergio, thanks for everything ππ»ππ»ππ»_____________________________

24th May 2021 at 10:50 am #179613Lucky, reports say Kante felt something wasn’t right v Leicester last week and didn’t want to bring on a hammy. He starts training again on Wednesday.π€
Mendy is another must have player.π€
Without both Mission Impossible will become totally impossible!
The Spurs win aside not much has gone our way over the last few weeks but here’s hoping.π€

24th May 2021 at 10:56 am #179615A PL legend, for sure, Mike. I’m not at all bitter about the Aguerooo moment either. That’s what football is about! Gutted at the time but it was and always will be one of the best Premier League moments.
Has the game passed Ancelotti by, similarly to Jose? 10th is a poor season for Everton. With that said, it was incredibly tight in the top 10 after City. Only 10 points separating Liverpool in 3rd and Everton in 10th. He’ll need to get his summer signings right though, or he could be gone by Christmas I think.

24th May 2021 at 12:18 pm #179617AnonymousI don’t think Ancelotti is that good, he has a very similar record to Mourinho, they start of well mainly due to the squads and pedigrees of the club but after a couple of seasons it all comes apart. For me the likes of Pep, Conte, Simeone are all truly much better. Also that manager of Atlanta who has done amazingly well with limited resources.

24th May 2021 at 12:56 pm #179618Conte be an excellent appointment for spurs
Not the style of football thatβs pleasing in the eye but well drilled organises teams that are very hard to beat

24th May 2021 at 2:33 pm #179620Agree with all that Sean although I don’t think he and Levy would work he’s a great Coach but he threw his toys out of the pram on a weekly basis at Chelsea because he couldn’t get his way on transfers and the same happened at Juve before that too.
Great Coach but I can’t see him working at Spurs because of his character and Levy.

25th May 2021 at 12:32 pm #179645Sean. Agreed Conte short term would be just what Spurs need. They need a rocket up them.

25th May 2021 at 2:24 pm #179655Adlab, I don’t think Spurs can afford another managerial mistake Conte is a great Coach but has fallen out with the Board wherever he’s been and then you have to add Levy into the equation.π
Anyway mate how are you doing and how are you feeling. Cheers 9’s

25th May 2021 at 5:52 pm #179663Thanks nine.
I had valve repair and replacement about two weeks ago and been home for about 5 days. Feeling better but its a long road to full recovery. Three to six months. Can’t drive for 6 weeks and have to be very careful lifting.Thankfully I was able to watch the football on my pad in hospital β in for 6 weeks- and able to keep up.
Just waiting for Saturday now. I think its 50:50. .Its who gets the luck on the day.
Signings. I think City will have limited patience with Levy

25th May 2021 at 8:06 pm #179667Well done Adlab that you can post again and start looking forward to better days. At the moment you are not missing much in this woke world and the weather is lousy. On the bright side City are in good shape for next season, some of our youngster will definately break through. Watched the under 18s the other night, what talent….if I went back in time they would have walloped the City first team then!!!!
