That was superb by Shaw, not just the finish, but the start deep in his own half when so many times in years gone by a player would have just booted it up field when pressured. But he kept the ball cleverly, and started the whole movement. Fantastic.

So impressed, its basically 541 out of possession and the work the 4 of rice, Philips, Sterling and mount are working like animals to nullify that Italy midfield. Kane is looking in top shape and the wing backs have so far made all the difference and once again Southgate selection has been vindicated
