I’m glad we through but I’m not so easily impressed, I guess when you are used to below average performances one is easily impressed with a real average showing. If we draw Portugal we can get through but I doubt if we can compete with France or Germany or Italy and Holland should we beat the fishermen.

I still do not get it with Kane, he is well off the pace and lacks sharpness, hence, no goals. Time to rest him. I am sure he will get a rhythm back but we cannot afford another 3 games until he finds it. Saka wa excellent infirst half, marked a little tighter in the second. The smallest players onthe pitch caused the biggest havoc!!

Agree Brian on Kane. Maybe consider him as a substitute. I think he’s due a rest.

That wasnβt a pen. If VAR is not gonna help the ref with that whatβs the point of it. This has been all season, forwards just need to run at a defender and dive and theyβve got a decent chance of a pen. Piss poor.
