I think with Bale-force it’s a combination of the injury record, combined with a gob-shite agent and the mouthing off about wanting to stay to “see out his contract”. It’s pretty much saying to the world he’s only in it for the money now… and who wants to take a gamble with 50 plus transfer and who’s know’s how much in wages for a player who’s agent has given his client a questionable attitude.
I loved Bale-force at Spuds, and would have loved to have seen him come back up until about 12 months ago, but now I can only question his attitude (or the attitude his gob-shite agent has landed him with).
I hope he goes to UnYooUtd myself… 🙂

21st July 2019 at 11:45 am #43717Wherever Bale goes Real will seemingly have to part fund his crazy wages until the end of his current contract.
He won’t be coming to Chelsea though!?

21st July 2019 at 11:48 am #43718Rumours of Andy Carrol back to Newcastle on a pay as you play contract with no fee involved?
If Bruce could get him fit he was a Newcastle hero and he could be at the very least a useful back up/plan B.

21st July 2019 at 12:26 pm #43719Reckon that’s about as good as he’ll get from anyone… mind you, if he goes for a pay as you play deal I could see a few others chucking their hat in the ring… all depends on what he’s gob-shite agent fancies trying to get… I’d have him at the Spuds on a pay-as-you-play…

21st July 2019 at 12:30 pm #43720And joking aside, he would be an excellent Plan C for the Micky Mousers too on a PAYP, with Wee Lad Robert and AT-AT chucking in those big crosses… that would be a match made in heaven…

21st July 2019 at 12:35 pm #43721Ye nine, be good to see Carroll back there. Just to injury prone but it would give the club a boast as he is home grown and a fans favorite.I think he’s only 29 aswell?

21st July 2019 at 12:37 pm #43722Last season we’d have been all over Bale. Instagram campaigns at the ready. Big unveiling. Some quote from Bale about fulfilling a life long dream etc. I’m quietly confident we’ve learnt an expensive lesson from the likes of Sanchez and Di Maria. The signing of Daniel James over the likes of Bale help to back that up. I’d much rather see him back at Spurs Chucky ?

21st July 2019 at 12:38 pm #43723Ye very harsh words about bale considering what he’s done there.
Might be Munich in for him?
Fully fit bale is some player.
Rumours are he didn’t learn the language and isolated himself from team bonding sessions and all that

21st July 2019 at 3:59 pm #43727Steady Eddy from Malmo-Might be his £600k p/w and his ugly agent,an bigger weasle than Raiola. I agree with Kylie,an PAYAP deal might be interesting so a few teams.

21st July 2019 at 4:12 pm #43730The PAYP deal is for Christmas Carol… not Bale-force… I wouldn’t be given the keys to my Monster Much cupboard to Bale-force, let alone a PAYP deal…

21st July 2019 at 4:22 pm #43731As long as he can stay free of injuries he can be a decent player, obviously now too old.

to be afir, Bale will score the odd worldie, but he his injured to often and ineffective much of the time when playing….he was booed a hell of a lot, no comparison with Ronaldo, that bloke is rarely injured, Balon D’or winner or 2nd place nearly every year even at this age, Bale is a golfer stealing a living…..79 appearances in FOUR season!??! and much of those from the bench……
i dont blame Zidane for this one i blame Bale_____________________________

22nd July 2019 at 7:58 am #43742Stevo, I think you make a great point about Bales injury record and a return if 79 games in 4 seasons many from the bench is very poor.
Zidane moving Bale on makes sense but what he said and the way that he said it could have been better imo and it didn’t cover him in glory imo..
