Nope I stand by my comment Mav. You need a little luck in cup games. We didn’t have any agaisnt Liverpool in the CL over 2 legs and the Liverpool lads would say that they didn’t have any in the final. Or does it only work one way? ?

Risky business by Spurs not strengthening when Chelsea and Liverpool have both done so. Could backfire finacially if they dont get a CL place. I think United and City are both nailed on for a top four finish. Liverpool also but not sure on Spurs.

Spurs are still a very strong team even if they make no signings but unlike Liverpool who have invested to try and take a step or two forwards and challenge City for the title Spurs haven’t which is a suprise.

Surprisingly United seem to be all over the place with their transfer strategy.

Chucky true enough mate it’s not over until it’s over at 5pm but seemingly Villa don’t want to sell Grealish now so late in the window as they would be struggling for a replacement which would damage their promotion bid.

Had Spurs offered the £25m early on I suspect Grealish would be a Spurs player by now.
