Liverpool conceding 4 for the second time in 3 games looks slightly concerning. I’m surprised Klopp hasn’t prioritised defensive reinforcements yet to be honest. Plenty of time left this window.

We are just far to open Ed. Same as last year. I can’t see anything changing. When the defence is called up they can’t defend. Wr had a proper defensive midfielder last year and still got cut open time after time. We are far to easy to play againest .

Sean Liverpool are a top team and can always score . From the outside the one weakness as I see it is Klopp’s tactics to continue to push forward ALL the time rather than close a game down by keeping the ball, something we have become very adept at..
Gvardiol not the record signing for a defender as it turns out Maguire keeps that..
I still think one more to come depending on outgoings.

Yeah adlab as you said mahrez needs replacing and it will be difficult to do. Raphinha not a bad option but not same class.

Anyone else thinking it would be a shame if Kane moves to Bayern?

Obviously I have no concerns for spurs but Kane is absolutely world class and while trophies are hard to come by at spurs I did see him becoming all time top goalscorer and we always need to see these records broken.

Big loss to the league if he does go imo.

Above all make sure you have the right keeper, strong central defence and a top goal scorer.
In addition a top class holding midfielder.

I think Kane will stay at Spurs. If he had real ambition to leave I think he would have done so previously despite Levy. If he had, he would have a number of medals to complete a fantastic career. He is one of the all time great English strikers but has nothing to show for it.

Van Dijk’s best days are gone from giving him responsibility. Why have we faffed about with Lavia and not bought a central defender and a right-back. Still seeing the same problems leaking cheap goals. They are not offside. Completely forgot we played earlier today. Just watched the highlights and not impressed.

I still think VVD is a top player but not so sure about the defenders around him. Is Robertson still as good? Is TAA actually a defender? Put VVD along side Dias, Akanje, Stones, Ake etc and he would look just as good as ever.
