Fabulous goal from Mane brilliant ball from Henderson. Liverpool doing what Champions do it was always coming.

15th February 2020 at 7:45 pm #70251AnonymousI didnt speak too soon Sean. Mane influenced the game coming on. I can only speak to the point thst Ive seen so far. Upntil then Hendo had actually done a few things quite well and thats fine and all but I did specify “armband” because I was talking about that spirit to shake a clearly complacent performance in the game so far.
My gripe wouldn’t actually so much be with hendo tho. I was very displeased with keita.

15th February 2020 at 7:51 pm #70254AnonymousKeita was yet again tentitive and meak. He’s got 12 games to drastically change his form or Klopp will shift him out.

15th February 2020 at 8:00 pm #70262Agree Keita was very frustrating today Mak. He seemed to do the difficult things well like dribbling with the ball into the box and driving forwards, but then was very casual with his final ball. But he does offer something different vs the rest of our midfield so letβs see hopefully where he can go staying fit with a run of games.
I actually thought Salah was equally frustrating today but you can forgive him more because of what we know heβs capable of and also because heβs so strong and can keep it high up the pitch and can always produce a rabbit out the hat even if he has a quiet game.

15th February 2020 at 8:34 pm #70285Mikius, when Keita has a run of games, he has looked good but he canβt seem to get past 5/6 games mate.
I like him. As you say he brings something different but he just canβt stay fit. I donβt think we will sell him either. Keep him fit and he could be a big player for us
103 points from 105 points is just crazy. This team is very very special

15th February 2020 at 9:22 pm #70311AnonymousFor me Salah played 5 times better than Keita. It wasnt one of his best but I wouldn’t draw any comparison between them.
I guess after a certain point, you’ve got to agree to disagree or also maybe wait and see if a player can come good but that was a 2/10 performance.
Im letting everyone else off the hook because we lacked urgency until Mane came on but ya…
Glad we won but of all the chances that we had, how many should we have scored? 1.
We were conplacent but we got away with it.

15th February 2020 at 10:39 pm #70357Keita did a few good things I thought, but again was let down by either hesitancy or his decision making. He can collect the ball and surge forward better than any other midfielder. In this game he had more of a positive influence than Ox or Gini. Not great, but not the worst.
Hendo had a pretty good game. I think you and me Mak watch different games as I never understand your criticism of him.

16th February 2020 at 12:27 am #70415AnonymousThreeps I thought I said hendo had a decent game? I said somwthing like that. I dont want to go back again trying to spell it out again. So just read back perhaps.
Keita can collect the ball and surge forward better than any midfielder… at liverpool. If you say the PL then you’re high. Only reason he’s better than others here is cause we dont have a player like that. It doesnt make keita good.
As for keita having a better game than oxlade or gini, they didnt have good games at all but id still disagree with that.

17th February 2020 at 9:42 pm #70537Well, what can i say? the authorities have already decided who they want to win this game. and while i will disappointed with the goals we have conceded. you can play against 15 players.

17th February 2020 at 9:46 pm #70541Anyone who doesn’t say, the refereeing decisions haven’t favored United tonight must be deluded. they should have handed the point without tiring us.

17th February 2020 at 9:47 pm #70542What surprises me about that offside image is the angle it was taken at – it wasnβt even level with the camera. Can they be sure these calibrations are quite right? Not to mention getting the timing right from the moment the ball was released.

17th February 2020 at 9:47 pm #70543No we’ve had some fortune tonight Cman but Chelsea have been so poor. 3 losses to this Utd side is unforgivable.

17th February 2020 at 9:48 pm #70547Ed, forget about the past games. i’m talking about tonight. had that been United i’m sure the offside rule would have been changed tomorrow.

17th February 2020 at 9:49 pm #70548Ridiculous the offside decision but right I suppose by the letter of the law. That’s what we’ve got now with VAR

17th February 2020 at 9:50 pm #70549Give over cman. You can’t genuinely think there’s a whole conspiracy working to get Utd the win. If there is, they’ve been missing for long periods of this season as we’ve had so many poor decisions lately against us before tonight

17th February 2020 at 9:51 pm #70552United got all the decisions of the game in their favour 100%. and it’s ridiculous when you are playing with such injustice.

17th February 2020 at 9:51 pm #70553Unfortunately the refs had a bit of a bad night, and that happens, itβs the inconsistency of VAR that yet again has ruined the game. I personally would have no complaints about Maguire being on the pitch had it just being down to the ref, but to review it with VAR and still miss it is a cause for concern. All I can say is Man United had the βrub of the screenβ tonight…..Pagan
