I would think all games are in jeopardy over the next two days Sean.

15th February 2020 at 1:20 pm #70063Sean, the East of the country seems to be less badly hit than the West.
It’s pretty bad down here in the West currently. I had trouble getting to the Hospital on Monday because a thumping great tree had come down on the main route and was blocking the road and that’s the danger if you’re coming in from outlying areas. Lots of Norwich fans come in from country locations and if the weather is really bad that would be dangerous.
Southampton v Burnley didn’t look too bad but seems to have worsened now.
I guess it will have to be judged on a case by case basis ideally no games get postponed but I wouldn’t want a game to go ahead and for a fan of fans from any Club to be injured or killed trying to get there.

15th February 2020 at 2:15 pm #70084AnonymousI think if the Liverpool game were to be called off, it’d have happened by now, before fans started traveling. So, for me, unless things worsen substantially in the time between now and kick off, it’ll go ahead as planned.
It goes without saying that you don’t want any accidents. As for the match itself, I hope the quality of the game isn’t hindered too badly.

15th February 2020 at 2:21 pm #70088Has there ever been a game less exciting for the neutral than tonights?? π
Top (22 points clear, haven’t lost since “The A-Team” was on telly) vs Bottom (and sinking faster than the Titanic)… I’m going for Foxy Lady record against the Saints record to be broken!

15th February 2020 at 2:30 pm #70092Norwich v Liverpool is the only other PL game today and the East of the Country is getting the lesser of the weather so there’s every chance that game will go ahead.
If the weather worsened though as per the City v West Ham game which was called off late you just never know and the Police have to take into account the safety of fans returning home. Looks more on than off though currently.

15th February 2020 at 6:11 pm #70196Alisson so solid, even when our defence gets bypassed, you can almost still relax. Need to up it at the other end though.
