I think he takes a better penalty than Henderson! Jokes!

He’s a strong, physical defensive midfielder with very limited footballing abilities. By that I mean he’s not great on the ball. He won’t play 20-30 yard passes, won’t get attacks started, won’t get people on their feet. He wins the ball and makes very simple passes. Not a world beater. Don’t think he should be first choice for spurs but I also don’t think people should expect much from him. He can be a bit of a liability at times, but he’s still only 24 so should improve.

Thoroughly deserved – dirty Colombian bastards – better team for at least three quarters of the tie. They were really only in it for last 10 mins of normal time and first half of extra time. Apart from that, I thought we controlled the game really well and couldn’t see them equalising.
Anyway, we’re through – Swedes up next.
