I think the problem had was the Manager, knowing the strengths and weakness of his squad he should have planned better. The only thing he knew was Messi, too much was asked of Messi. An ageing squad was no match for the lively French
The Argentinian keeper was at fault with a couple of the goals as well should have done better but this was more a team failure. Messi is better with good players around him not what this team have served up. Augerro would have been a big help if selected more and I am not saying that as a City fan. In a way, I am pleased our Argentinians are on the way home, more rest to play before we start and they will be focused, Pep will make sure of that
