Just worked it out, if this stays 0-0 then Engerland stay top… so all Belguim have to do not to get the harder draw in the knock-out is not to score, and the only way Engerland can “beat” Belguim to 2nd spot is to lose it on fair-play… so I’m predicting 0-0 with about 10 minutes to go, then a bunch of naughty tackles and “dissent” to the ref (from both sides) trying to collect enough yellows for 2nd… 🙂
