Easy Big J, they’ll blame Harry… 🙂
The problem with stats is they can be twisted very easily. You say Rashford is once every 258 minutes and Sterling once every 144 minutes… and I’m not going to say your wrong… but how many attempts does Sterling get before he gets his goal?
If Sterling scores 1 every 10 chances and Rashford once every 3 chances (happily admit I made that up for an example!) who is actually the better striker? I would suggest that with your stats, we might want to consider the way City play compared to YooUtd…

12th June 2018 at 8:38 am #22732That’s a fair point Chucky but I would also contend that Sterling is our most creative player with regards to movement. Seeingcas we dont have a playmaker passer of the ball in midfield.

12th June 2018 at 3:04 pm #22750I can say, I have not been a Sterling fan, but have to give the guy credit, a prodigious worker, misses a lot but the fact is he is always in a position to get one, that in itself worries defences and his goal record is not bad as made out against others A most frustrating player but he does not hide and will keep trying

12th June 2018 at 8:15 pm #22756Yeah fair points on Sterling. I do think he needs to be in there. Rashford hasn’t had a great season in front of goal either. He’s much better playing on instinct than when he had time to make a decision. Of the two, Rashford just strikes me as being a more direct threat than Sterling but there’s no reason both can’t play. If not, Rashford is a great option off the bench against tired defenders.

13th June 2018 at 11:40 am #22764Actually starting to look forward to this now. The works Cup is huge
England have good players if they are allowed express themselves. Once sterling sorts out his final ball and taking mire if his chances, he will be world class
He has to start. I just don’t think England have one absolutely solid centre back. I would have brought Bertrand aswell.can play left centre back in a back 3 or left full. Maddness starring young at left full
Stones is England’s beat centre back. He was flying at the start of the season. Huge improvement from the previous season but he slipped back when he came back from injury. Few mistakes but maybe he wasn’t fully fit?

14th June 2018 at 6:25 pm #22797Didn’t see it. Just heard the end of it on the radio where the commentator said Russia had not beaten a European team for nearly 30 years or something like that. And strangely they didn’t get another European team in the group. That is lucky !
