Two questions
1 Why are there so few games this weekend?
2. Why are we getting so many key injuries? Sterling now out for weeks

Adlab, it’s a staggered fixture list over the next two weeks to create the Winter break.
City have had their fair share of injuries and I’m sure that’s something the Club are looking at.

There I was thinking that the media were really over-doing the whole Klopp wanting to not play any games during the winter break but I was wrong!! 😀
Ya lads a winter break, with no matches, staggered. Adlab, this will help with your injuries man. Players are being run into the ground with the fixture congestion.
Personally I’m in favour of this implementation. It is horrible to have to wait 2 weeks for the next Liverpool game but I can watch other matches in the meantime.

A winter break is sensible, injuries will always happen usually when it is not a good time but as Pep says “it is what it is” you have to get on with it. I wonder if it would be a good idea when a nominated, say 2 week spell, whereby clubs have to play at least 2 Academy players in the team would serve any useful purpose. Pep always take the long view in blooding players and is reasoning is sound but City do have the luxury now of a good structure other clubs do not have
In theory this should help us but this is football we are talking about, nothing is for certain
