16th September 2017 at 7:35 pm #5164What an incredibly frustrating game that must have been Banjo! Spurs and Liverpool stats aren’t too dissimilar. Complete domination by the home side but no way through

17th September 2017 at 9:04 am #5177You would have got good odds yesterday on neither of Spurs or Liverpool winning and only two goals across both games.

17th September 2017 at 9:41 am #5180Hoping for a Chelsea win today as Liverpool need to forget about Utd, Chelsea and City and stay on the heels of Spurs and arsenal.

17th September 2017 at 10:22 am #5183My thoughts exactly, Wasplicker, Top 3 are sorted more or less, just the order to be confirmed, with the rest of us fighting for 4th…

17th September 2017 at 10:46 am #5184Too early to be forming conclusions and barely after 5 games too. Adopting such mindset as much as being a realist and sensible, top spot for my club is not out of the question.
I neither would suggest the same for Arsenal, nor Spurs. There is plenty of opportunity out there and I’d reasonate in such way even after 15 games.
We have to take on board injuries, other competitions, how club Managers deal with adversity and above all, manage these challenges over a course of the whole season.

17th September 2017 at 11:43 am #5186Nil… Mars bar, Can of Tango (you can choose the flavor) and a family bag of Pickled Onion flavor Monster Munch says Top 3 will be a combination of YooUtd/MoneyCity/Chelski… don’t care what odd’s the Golden Retriever Bookies are saying! 🙂

17th September 2017 at 1:14 pm #5187Sanchez on the bench, again?
Looks like Wenger’s planning to bring on Walcott in the second half to inject pace.
Ideally, I would love for this to be a draw, but can see the Blues steamrolling this if the Gunners don’t turn up!

17th September 2017 at 3:19 pm #5204Couldn’t catch the London Derby. Is it a boring 0-0 game or has it been a good one? Either way, happy with the score and hope it stays 0-0!

17th September 2017 at 3:24 pm #5207Quite a lively and an upbeat one for me Ed.
I’m surprised it’s ended 0-0. Never anticipated that at all.
Quite chuffed too from an LFC point of view neither of these got past 1 point.

17th September 2017 at 3:27 pm #5208Very good game. Luis had to go. Didn’t think atesnal had that much fight in them. Chelsea were good and it very good for a 0-0 game

17th September 2017 at 3:29 pm #5209So a straight red for Sideshow Bob. Which presumably means he misses our game. Which is good news for City as he always seems to either play well or just messes up our game plan. For me he is a bloody awkward player in the mould of Fellaini and Adams who all seem to get away with lots of little niggling fouls every game.

17th September 2017 at 4:33 pm #5212Disappointing performance imo with Chelsea only playing in patches against a very different Arsenal to the one that played Liverpool.
Amazingly David Luiz completes a hat trick of sendings off in 3 consecutive games v Arsenal.
Luiz rightly earns a 3 match ban though fortunately Chelsea are fairly well covered in that area v some of the other areas of the team where a suspension would have been more challenging.
Stoke away up next in the PL followed by City at home completes a difficult run of opening fixtures for Chelsea hopefully they can hang on in there and kick on a bit when Hazard is up and running at 100% again.
I think the combination of Hazard and Morata alongside either Willan or Pedro looks an interesting three which I’m looking forward to seeing.

17th September 2017 at 5:07 pm #5215Couple of tough games for Chelsea coming up there Nine. Morata seems to have hit the ground running at Chelsea and will no doubt benefit massively from a fit Hazard coming back into the team.
Stunning opening goal from Valencia at Old Trafford. He’s not one known for his goalscoring prowess so it’s nice to see him score a goal he’ll never forget. Rooney should have done better with his chance just after the break.
