Watched up until the first goal (bad defending I thought!), and it was all Goon Show up until then, but the rags seem to suggest they faded a bit, the rest of the game was a lot more even and it took an own-goal to seal the points… a draw wouldn’t have been “unfair” according to some, does that all sound about right?

Good 3 points for Arsenal though after the 3 nil defeat by Palace towards the end of the season, away to Palace is a tricky fixture and one that Arsenal will be glad to get out of the way with 3 points too.

Can only see Liverpool winning by a hatful in the lunch time game. Everton away has become a bit of a bogey game for Chelsea lately losing the last 4 I’m hoping for a better outcome this evening.😊

Looks like Klopp’s putting a lot of faith in Firmino who’s now in his prime. Experience along with Salah and Diaz as the main 3 which is strong enough and takes the pressure of Nunez and Carvalho.

The rest of them effectively pick themselves. How good was Tiago last week with his balance and ball retention.

Fulham deserve their lead as they came out of the blocks from the first whistle and been asking the questions. We’ve needed time to get flowing and have taken Fulham’s pressure for granted and paid the price.

We need to change something for the second half. Hopefully an early leveller.

We may still come back, but this is why I can see us dropping to 3rd this season. This team peaked a few seasons ago imo. Our midfield is tired, we still have vulnerabilities at the back and up top we’ve lost that magic the front 3 had in seasons gone by. Klopp will get them to be a dogged side as he always does, but really can’t see us winning it this season.
