Never ever going to happen but I would love to see Son at Chelsea.
If I could choose just one Spurs player it would be Son. He would certainly be in my PL team of the year.

Chucky, no regretfully I agree, Son is a great player imo. I’m hoping for the usual outcome on Sunday but fear that may not be the case this time round right now I would happily take a draw.🤞

Chucky. How’s the economy at home? Inflation, cost of living etc. Are you feeling the effects of the war in Ukraine as we are here.

Hey Adders, totally agree about the 2nd cmmment, best transfer window I can remember already, another AM and possibly CB to come in, a full pre-season, Harry in “Eye of the Tiger” mode already… said it before, fully expect us to have 80 plus points by the end of the season, and would be very disappointted if we finished outside Top3… but who know’s? That’s why we love the game…
As for point one…maybe it’s because I don’t really understand Finnish that well, but things haven’t really changed much at all with the Ruskie’s up the rod playing silly-bullocks. Diesel went up to nearly 3 bottle tops a liter a few weeks back, but now it’s back down to 2.10/2.20 depending where you go (was about 1.60/70 when it all kicked off), Finland is surprisingly self-sufficaint when it comes to electricty (my Father-In-Law is in the “nuclear power stations” game and he’s said from Day 1 Finland has nothing to worry about with regards to “power”, only the few industries the need actual gas for other reasons than “power” need to worry but pretty much all houses etc are 100% electric).
Finland have also had a bit of a “stockpile” policy going on for decades, along with about 5 million spaces in bunkers (they’ve had a “every building has a bunker policy” thing going on since the 60’s… and I was in one yesterday being used as an underground carpark during “peace” time).
I have noticed the big ‘weekly’ shop creeping up a bit over the last 6 months or so. Not really paying a huge attention to what individul are, just the total amounts, maybe in the 20/30% range… just a feeling more than anything.
As for the Ruskies invading, nobody really seems that bothered. Obvioulsy they don’t want it to happen but basically, due to the 1 year conscription and 70 plus years of the whole Finnish Defence “Book” being about pointing things Eastwards and destroying whatever approaches (combined with the shitshow the current Ruskie’s are doing in Ukraine), they reckon the 900,000 men between 18 and 50 trained in gorilla warfare with the best weapons money can buy on their own “turf” will, all in all, makes things very dangerous for people they don’t like.
The Air Force has more drones than any other Air Force in Europe apparently, all stuck in the back of hundreds of “lorries” that have independent control stations inside them and roofs long enough to launch them.
Don’t know much about the navy at all… not that I think it would matter much if Russia invaded.
Basically, things are pretty much normal if I’m honest, other than the extra bit for the weekly shop… life is carrying on as usual.

Chuky…on that basis…you are well ahead of us and you do not have underlying problem if we ever called for a “call to arms” we would have more dissenters than recruits plus people saying it is against there human rights…but let everyone else defend them!!!! Our best defence are the Subs, aircraft carriers a sitting target and we do not have a big enough Air Force and people.

Depending on who I’m talking too, and it gets worse the older they are, but the Finn’s really don’t like the Ruskies (did you know it was the Finn’s who invented the “Molotov Cocktail”?)… and it’s almost like they want the Ruskie’s to give it go. Like I said above, the whole infrustructure of the country is designed to seriously f*** up anybody dumb enough to invade it.
