So, pre-season has started, and you can never read too much into it, but I do like the look of this Bergvel lap with got… reminds me of the Moose in a way, very nice and tidy ball control, turns on a sixpence… bit light weight and obviously very new to the rough and tumble of the PL but could be a proper little diamond in the making…

Still waiting for the transfers to go crazy… thought that would kick in after the Euro’s finished but I guess not…

Was looking at our scheduling pre-season and pior to us playing Ispwich, play Arsenal and Man United as part of the tour, plus 2 more teams. I just feel its crammed in and I really hope we dont face again the situation we faced last time with injuries and lengthy ones too.

Hello chaps, We just couldn’t keep pace with Ipswich so fair play to them. Play offs are a toss up but we never showed up in the final.

Lot’s of positives for us in that, despite losing. Had some great chances, shame Bruno was offside with that fantastic finish too. Need to perform week in, week out though. Hopefully a few more players will sign before the window shuts and those missing after the Euros come back soon.

Thought utd deserved to win. Conceded a terrible goal. Martinez and pellistri terrible for it. Both missing players but that was a much stronger utd team

Diallo has always looked dangerous. Lovely left foot. He was very good yday. Utds shape looked very solid. Interesting to see if they can adopt the same tactics going forward now againest the lesser sides.

Yes, very pleasing performance for many reasons. Far more and better chances, game should have been over way before City scored with their only shot on target.

The young players for City will be ones to watch.
